Buy some maternity jeans - they come in various styles - some sit under the bump with elastic, while others have a large, stretchy piece of fabric that comes right up over the bump - these are without a doubt the comfiest item of clothing you’ll ever own. You’ll weep silently as you send these to the charity shop post-pregnancy. 

Maternity leggings are also super-comfy and will render half the dresses in your wardrobe wearable with a bump, so they’re a sound investment.

Your centre of gravity begins to shift around now. Take care on your feet from this point on, particularly if running or on unsteady or slippery ground, as you’ll find you’re more easily unbalanced.

You might also want to switch to flat shoes around now as heels can throw your balance off even further. Try not to ‘waddle’ if you can possibly help it. It’s no good for your posture and pretty soon it will become an inevitability anyway.
