Which is your favourite video.
And when is is good to use?

I sometimes struggle to find the right video for my current mood and energy levels. Inspire me please 😀

I'm currently loving yoga for tired legs:

It's great at the end of the day especially after a long cycle/walk

I did the Yoga Joy practice last night, I didn't really have any enthusiasm for it but wanted to keep the habit of some yoga every day. Felt better after it and it's only 20 minutes.

Hello! I come back time and again to the Yoga for Sciatica which was how I found her. Also Lower Back Love.

After doing yoga with Adriene for 8/9 months 3 x a week I have just discovered yoga with Kassandra. No waffle and a much better workout. I clearly hadn’t been active enough doing some of the poses with Adriene because doing the same poses with instruction with Kassandra I really felt it.
That said, if you google search yoga with Adriene for when you’re tired, stressed, have sore muscles, or whatever mood you have, it will bring up videos in a list so when you click on them it will take you to watch it in YouTube. Much easier than trying to pick one on her YouTube channel.

Interesting. Thanks.
I've just started a live Pilates class that has shown me how much more my body can actually do, so shifting to something more demanding might be a good idea.
Although now that the weather is better I'm getting out cycling more often so am appreciating Adriene's more gentle videos on cycling days.

Yoga for lower back pain is only 15 minutes and always sorts my back out! I do it before bed and really notice how I wake up sore on the nights I miss it. The hip openers do wonders for the lower back, and I love the rolling around self-massage bit. I'm honestly amazed at how well it works Star

That's one of my favourites too!
