Fertility Yoga recommendations?

I’ve been going to yoga classes for 5 years or so, I really enjoy it. Are there any good online classes or streaming service for fertility yoga or yoga to encourage implantation.

I have an upcoming embryo transfer which I’d like to prepare for.

I am continuing to attend my regular class, but would like to do something more personalised for my body during this time. I would be happy to pay!

Thank you!

Hi, I am a yoga teacher and like you, also trying to conceive. I do yin yoga specifically for fertility. It is a gentler type of yoga targeting the meridians necessary for hormones to aide fertility. I do it once a week and more often on my fertile days.

There are plenty of fertility yoga classes in youtube so have a look and see if it is something you would like to do.

Let me know if you want to know on the specific practice I do and I would be happy to share more.

I also looked for specific fertility yoga classes when trying to conceive now 3 or so years ago and was very little about, however there is now quite a lot on line and I have recently done a fertility yoga teacher training course (as I have previously done teacher training) so I think it is now becoming more popular and workshops are popping up.

Ah brilliant! Can you direct me to your site or if you have any online classes? Been trying to conceive for awhile and with age thrown into the mix, I need all the help I can get.
