I have been doing various yoga routines and think I pushed a bit hard as I have really hurt my back. It's been a week now with no yoga and still a lot of pain.
I also have fibromyalgia so seem to injure more easily.
I'm looking for recommendations of any gentle routines that I could do to ease myself back in.
