Yoga for progression?

Hello!
I'm looking for an online yoga to do that actively focuses on progression- how to work up to poses etc.
Rather than the same class over and over.

Does anyone know a good programme to do?
I'm thinking of Laruga glaser on alo moves, anyone do that?

Thanks

I subscribe to Alo Moves I couldn't see that teacher on there. I like the ladder flow sequences it has improved some of the poses I find challenging. However , doing a mixture of hatha, yin and vinyasa has improved my practice

I just saw her. She's an Ashtanga teacher. I find it too restricting I like variety.

Briohny Smyth does really great ladder flows. She's an excellent teacher. For building strength look at Dylan Werner and Ashley Galvin.

I've been doing yoga 5/6 times a week for six years. Some more advanced poses came easy to me but others due to hamstring tightness and skeletal structure will never be accessible to me eg the splits. My yoga practice got stronger when I added yin.
