Day 1

Just completed day 1 of the Yoga with Adrienne challenge. I've done yoga on and off but I feel it's something I need to make a priority for me in my life.

My life's a bit of a mess and I need to sort it starting with me. I really feel like this can help me and help me get out my rut.

I found day 1 challenging I'm not going to lie! Haha! My left hip is incredibly tight almost inflexible and I couldn't get some of the poses cause my hands were so sweaty lol

Anyone else want to do this with me? X

I really could do with doing some. I'm feeling a bit stiff and creaky.
But it won't be until tomorrow, as now I'm having 🍷

If you decide to do it keep me posted on how you get on. Feeling it in my back already...didn't realise how unfit I was getting! Time to get back on it!

Friday would normally be wine night for me but just wasn't in the mood so it a tea for me....very unusual lol 😂😂😂

I've just done her Wake up. It's only short, but long enough to realise how unfit I am blush
But I'll try again tomorrow

I started this last week on rest days from C25K. Have only done two sessions so far and I just feel ... like I don’t ‘get’ yoga. What does it actually do for you?

So many of the positions involved me putting my full weight on my wrists which hurt so much.

How are you getting on now?

I've just done day 1 and actually feel a bit unwell? Headachey and a bit sick and feel like I should just go to bed hmm

I didn't 'get' yoga at first, then I relaxed and found I enjoyed the shorter ones better. What I have found is that the days I don't do yoga I miss it, I miss the stretching mostly. So I must be 'getting' it now.
