Laparoscopy and return to Yoga

I had a laparoscopy 10 days ago. When would I be able to return to yoga practice?

I was only a semi- regular yogi pre surgery (2-3 classes a month) but for a variety of physical and mental reasons am keen to get back to it, but clearly don’t want to do any harm (or spend the whole class worrying, which would be counter productive)!
