Hi,
I have been attending a beautiful yoga class twice a week for the last 6 months.
I have only practised yoga once at home and felt really disappointed.
I want to practise yoga daily but need some tips on how I can achieve a positive practice on my own.
I've recently bought some room essential oil scented spray as in class it's wonderful.
If I had the money and time I would attend class daily
Can anyone recommend YouTube channels or DVDs etc?
I'm very much into the mediation side of yoga rather than work out.
