Hi all. Ive been yogaing for a year or so now on and off. Absolutely love it. The issue I have is my hamstrings are so tight. Better than they were but still tight. Does anyone have any ideas of the best poses to help to lengthen them?

Paschimottanasana and other forward bends

Forward bends, basically.

Loads of dog pose.
Lying with your legs up the wall
UHP 1 and 2
Triangle pose
Just hanging in forward bend holding your elbows or using blocks under your hands for a supported stretch.

I try and do it every day. My hamstrings will never be up to it as much as some people, but doing it everyday is the only way I don't lose ground.

I have the same issue ( tight hamstrings) and I found this article yesterday which really resonated with me:
