Wondered if anyone has tried? My upper back is currently quite stiff and needs opening - gazing at the images looks like it might be just lovely!

I try on rolled towel, ball, roller thing, but that looks lovely!!!

Also - which size? Or recommendations?

I just looked it up. It looks very rigid and not terribly useful. Have you spoken to anyone who uses it?

And have you tried a gym ball? I think it's really pleasant to do a wheel while on a gym ball.

No I haven't, just read some reviews. Appears to be a new 'thing'. Maybe I should try a smaller gym ball? Or blow it up a bit firmer.

I used to do a martial art and to prepare for a certain move we would lie on our back over the back of someone - it was a lovely back stretch, looks similar to this. My pilates ball is very big and less of curve.

Oooh, that looks interesting... would be interesting to try.

I have one of these which is great

Oh now that looks like exactly what would help! I'm finding the lying down physio relaxation stuff very helpful (towel down upper back to bra strap) but think this way would also help. Thanks for the link.

Which size do you have? No less expensive though!

I have the back arch (bigger one). When I first got it, I had to sit up on folded blankets to make it more shallow, but over time my back has released and I can do from the floor now.

A cheaper option would be to use yoga blocks or bricks, either directly onto them or with foam roller on top - the support should be firm and supportive, it doesn't need to be perfectly round or arched.

I have also seen, but haven't tried, the egg - much cheaper, and again could stack on top of regular yoga blocks to increase the height.

Thanks for your help lord!
