Everyone in my office has been told they can continue to wfh and have flexitime as long as the works done... Me on the other hand have to remain in the office (reception). I work alone and finish at 2 so the office is completely shutdown at this time but management think this is ok. My issue is this, I pick up everyone's slack, all the phone calls I have to take all their messages as I can't divert it to them which slows me down...my colleagues call me several times a day asking me to look on their desks for paperwork they need and scan it over to them or have a look in the filing cabinets and dig out some documents etc. My workload has increased for them to wfh. We are not isolating now, ppl can get to the office but they choose not too. It's so frustrating! Is anyone in a same boat to me?
