EO DM Interview Civil Service - Help Needed!

Hi!

I have an upcoming interview for an EO Level Decision Maker with DWP and am looking for some help/advice.

Is there anyone who has recruited for this position that can give me some pointers as to what exactly they are looking for? I’ve read through all the behaviours etc and am currently working on some examples but just want to make sure that they’re the best they can possibly be.

I scored an overall 5 in my initial application so looking to boost this to hopefully a 6 for the interview! It’s odd though as I didn’t use specific examples in my written application so was very surprised to score a 5.

The behaviours are Making Effective Decisions, Working Together and Communicating and Influencing. It is also a blended live video interview which will include strength based questions.

Any help is much appreciated!!
