Should I ask for four day week

Do you think I'm asking quite a lot of my employer to ask for a four day working week? I currently work 30 hours over 5 days. It's ideal as I work 9-3 with no lunch so I am available for school drop off and pickup but it's just exhausting to keep it up with two kids and house work. If anything has taught me over covid is we can't give it 110 percent constantly. The job is full on and never quiet so it's draining mentally, to have one day to recoup or do the house work would help me mentally but I don't want to take the mic and come across greedy, what does anyone think?

If you did , and you say your job is full-on, who would cover your hours for the fifth day ?.

Wouldn't you be even more worn out?
You'd have to work 7.5 hours a day so who would do the school drop offs?
