I’m new to working p/t. My employer gives us 8 public holidays or assigned days in lieu paid by reference to our Basic Salary. Can anyone help explain how working p/t would affect holiday days in these scenarios?
If my non-working day was a Wednesday during a BH Mon week.
If my non-working day was a Monday.
Hope this doesn’t sound too silly a question but just need clarification. Thanks 😊
