RPS statutory redundancy question

Dear Mumsnetters

I was made redundant from a high street retailer who went into liquidation and we had to apply for redundancy from the RPS online which myself and ex colleagues have done.

We have had no support and guidance literally a very vague letter

Just wondering if anyone has experienced this and can share their experiences

- how long does it take to get the money

- if you say you're owed money eg holiday pay or an unpaid shift, was this paid

- notice period money, how did this work

- lack of consultation, how do you claim for this

Any help or advice would be gratefully received as we've literally been thrown under the bus 😢 now with the new lockdown everyone is worried that the payments will be delayed but we've no idea what the usual turnaround time is? Maybe longer atm with most places going under perhaps??
