Advice for unhappy friend

My friend is in an office based job. She has recently been moved to another department in the same company and is going work she does not enjoy and finds stressful, whilst still being asked constant questions about her old role. She is getting sick with the worry and stress of it all. She has spoken to her supervisor but has been told that it’s basically tough and she just needs to get on with it.
She is nearly 60 and has worked for this business all her working life so doesn’t feel she has any marketable skills to change jobs.
Does anyone have any advice? I hate seeing her so upset all the time. Thanks
