NHS admin staff

Hi

I’m starting a new job in admin within the NHS. My manager called yesterday to say that the department I’m going to be working in has pretty much closed at the moment due to COVID 19.

I’ll complete basic training/induction and then be redeployed. She wasn’t sure where I might end up but I was wondering if any other admin staff on here have been redeployed and where you’ve ended up.

I won’t have the knowledge of the hospital IT system so haven’t got a clue where I’ll be sent. I’m really looking forward to it, albeit a little apprehensive.

Hi yes I am new in the nhs been here a year. I have been redeployed to recruitment, it's been fine and I work from home 3 days a week. I hope they send you somewhere nice. X
