Hi
I have an interview tomorrow for a brand development company as their admin/business support type roll. I am SO out of practice-I worked for the same company for 20 years, took a year out and now looking for something similar to what I did for 20 years. I found out yesterday about the interview and it's tomorrow so now I am having a major panic!!!
Agency said it will be a competency based interview..... can anyone give me any ideas or words of wisdom or reassurance!!!!
I find an interview setting very nerve wrecking and my mind goes blank. I know I am more than capable of doing the job and have lots of experience I'm just so scared of messing it up due to the interview!! Help!!

So try and think of example answers that you can use and maybe be able to tailor them to a variety of questions? For example teamwork, working towards a difficult deadline, an idea to improve business policies.the examples don't need to be off the scale the more simpler but with good detail is sometimes better as they will ask you to expand and you need to be confident to answer good luck

Look up STAR method for replying to answers.

Thjnk back and write down some challenging times, overcoming barriers, implementing ideas, successes etc in your career that you can use for examples to various questions.

It is a bit late to prepare fully if it is tomorrow, but try to relax and be yourself, if nothing else if will be good experience for future interviews.
