Dealing with fake and rude coworkers

Hi, I'm after tips and advice please. I've been at my current job for seven years and I really, really enjoy the jobs itself. I used to like the majority of people I work with however, the staffing has changed over the past three years and so have the dynamics. The bitchiness, rudeness and just lack of 'coworker support' is really getting to me at the minute, to the point where I really don't want to go in. I also have bad anxiety and nervousness and struggle with how to cope with this.

I've always lived with the rule of 'treat others the way you wish to be treated' therefore I'm always polite, courteous and respectful to EVERYONE. I greet everyone - not that I ever get a reply and will go out of my way to help anyone if needed. There's three people in particular I'm extremely weary of at work. I constantly feel on edge around them as I feel I'm being heavily judged and worry that if I do anything wrong, it's most definitely used as fuel to being bitched about. My boss in particular is passive aggressive and will do things to make a point or slag you off but will never directly say it to your face. Another will be sickly sweet if it's just you two alone however will be rude to you if you're in the presence of more authoritative figures. One day they're nice, another day they're ignorant and rude. It's almost the inconsistency I struggle with. If they were just rude all the time I'd know where I stood and would avoid them at all costs. I absolutely understand that not everyone lives by your morals and you're always going to work with someone you don't like. I'd have left a long time ago if I didn't love my job so much.

Has anyone been in a similar situation before? How do you cope? What should I do? Thanks x
