Police Assesment Centre 2019

Hello,
Hoping someone on here is able to help and advise lol!!
I have my police assessment day on 12th September and I am SCARED to say the least, absolutely petrified, interviews and role play are not my forte.
ive read older posts from 2009 but I cant find anything recent for advice.
Has anyone done the assessment centre recently, this year or last year? That can shed some light on:
What to expect?
How did you get on?
What did you find difficult?
Is it as scary as I am making out or do I need to stop being so silly?
Some advice on the interview and role plays would be amazing
