So, earlier this year I left teaching and have been in a short term role for a friend's business as a primary consultant- she delivers wellbeing CPD and wanted my input to work in schools. I have really enjoyed it and want to move to a L&D role.
I spent 10 years in a sales role, then trained as a teacher which I have done for 8 years. I have managed some aspects of staff training and projects in schools I have worked at and mentored trainee teachers who were placed at the school.
I have just started a Level 5 CIPD award in L&D- Blended and Digital Learning solutions- I am really interested in E-Learning. Undergrad degree was English and I then did a primary PGCE.
If there are any HR/L&D bods out there - would you think I am in a position to apply for L&D advisor roles now or is there anything else you would expect to see on my CV?
Thanks in advance x
