3 Disciplinarys since telling work is pregnant

I just need some advice. I told my work I was pregnant back in April 2019. Ever since then I have had 4 warnings and 3 disciplinary hearings. I am now 19 weeks pregnant and starting to think it's completely unfair. I lost a baby last year and has nearly 4 weeks off work. To which they tried to give me a disciplinary for as well.

My first disciplinary was for my shop being a mess but how could I have been responsible for that when I was abroad all week. I took it anyway.

My second disciplinary was for not banking on time. I had forgot on a few occasions. But I never left money lying around. I always put the money in the banking bags but just forgot to take them to the bank.

But it's only since I told them I was pregnant that I've been picked out for everything I've been doing. I didn't have my shoes on because my feet were sore for walking around all day and he was going to put me on a warning for that. Which is ridiculous.

I have no idea what I do. I feel like they are just driving me out of a job and it's making me cry every day and night. I'm trying to find excuses not come into work. I've gotten extreme abdominal pains for 2 weeks now and bad back. I work 7/8 days in a row without a day off and the other month I worked 18 days in a row. I'm made to work in other people's shops on a Sunday when my shop isn't open. It's making me think work isn't even worth it.

I go on maternity it the beginning of December but I don't think I can last that long 😭😭

Help me!!😭😭

That sounds awful Ellie. Do you think they're trying to push you til you jump and therefore don't have to pay your maternity?
Have you been on the Maternity Action website? It's got loafs of advice. Also you can contact ACAS for advice too.

Are you part of a union? Similar issues with work here for health reasons. As soon as I got my union involved they backed right off

If you're not in a union contact acas and ask if they can give you advice.

What type of shop is it? Does being pregnant mean you can't do the work or they would have some cost associated with reasonable adjustments for you and could that be a reason they are trying to get you to leave?

However, it's completely reasonable from a legal point of view that you'd get a warning for not banking on time and that being bare foot would not be ok.

I can understand how forgetting to go to the bank with cash on multiple occasions can be considered a serious matter by your employer.
Also walking in your bare feet is not acceptable either.
How long have you been working there? Have you a contract?
