Aurora Programme women in leadership - anyone been involved?

My line manager spoke to me yesterday about putting me forward for this programme. I've had a look at some material and it looks really interesting.

I've been told my organisation only fund a very limited number of places (I think possibly 3) and every year there's around 50 applications so I've been advised to make my application really strong.

Just wondering if anyone had been involved and had any guidance/advice/tips they'd be willing to share?
