Unless it was specifically tied to things like
- managing childcare (local options)
- outlining the law and your rights for dependant care (time off / not being unfairly penalised)
- expressing at work
- phased return to work and the benefits

And other gems like coping with no sleep, making quick nutritious meals whilst still soothing the baby then I’d not be interested.

A wellness retreat focused on exercise and food and spa which allowed baby to come but offered a crèche service during meals would be well worth all my money!

Never heard of welcome back bonuses and also I don’t understand the motivation for businesses to pay for something like that
I also wouldn’t want to go, at work I’m a professional not a “mummy”

That said I think there is a market for 'mums' retreats. Just don't tie it in with the return to work.

I wouldn't want time away from my baby just before going back to work.

I also didn't know such a thing as welcome.back bonuses existed!

I cannot see employers going for this. It has no benefit to them, not that I can see anyway.
