Anyone got a business mentor or attends women's meet in groups?

So I am trying to start up a fitness business but feel that I could do with some support / advice regarding advertising and getting new clients.

I have come across a couple of women's business groups online and some offer mentors and have membership fees, I'm just wondering if anyone has used anything like this and if they are useful?
