I have an idea. I am doing the training to do what I want to do.

That is as far as I have got.

What next? How do I even start branching out:?

Really I think i need a couple of hundred thousand to ditch work, rents space, advertise and start doing it, but that’s a bit of a problem.

So what do I do next?

What type of company do you want to have? For various types of them there are special tips, I can add them if you'll be more detailed about this Smile But in general the most important things for starting every successful business are:

  • having an interesting and competitive idea for your startup
  • finding your sphere which also won't have too risky general competition for you
  • creating a good, professional work team
  • developing a network for your clients/customers and partners
  • developing an effective management system
  • using various tech innovations, software and fast network like serial Ethernet
  • advertising
  • having a start capital
  • having enough knowledge about your sphere and different general business tools/methods too

There are much more of such tips www.entrepreneur.com/slideshow/299808 but these ones are the basic and most important in general. And you should be very patient and hardworking, especially for the first years, no company becomes successful and profitable fast.
