Help with course fees

Hi all. Does anyone know if there is a company that helps fund course fees and business set up, for 16 year old individuals, with low income families? My 16 year old daughter, is a carer for myself, my husband (her dad), and also her little sister. Her little sister is severely disabled, her dad has end stage renal failure, and I am disabled through heavy lifting (my disabled daughter), and also various other disabling conditions which have happened over the years. She was home schooled due to bullying, and also difficulties getting to school, when hospitalisation took place, between us all. She is due to take a course for GCSE English and Maths, which would be free, in September, and her tests 6 months later. She still however, is determined to do well. Her dream would be to set up her own business in dog grooming, and wishes to do this in our back garden, so she can still be close to us, to help. She needs to take courses in dog grooming, and would also need suitable equipment, including a sound proof salon, so as to not disturb the neighbours. None of this comes cheap however, and as our family are on low income, due to our disabilities, we wondered if anyone knew if there was such a thing as government or charity funding, for the courses, and equipment, even if a loan, that she could pay back once earning? Thank you in advance for any advice.

Would any of the organisations that work with Young Carers be able to signpost you in the right direction ?
