Support and care worker jobs?

Hi everyone.

I have been doing admin for 6 years now and I'm ready for a change. I am wanting to become a mobile support and care worker but finding it hard to come across a company what pays all hours on job not just per call. I also have no experience which most of the companies are okay about. Im from south yorkshire.
