Anybody got any experience of selling Jamberry nail wraps?

I'm looking into becoming a distributor of these but I'm a bit unsure as they're quite new to the uk. Anybody got any experience of the products and how easy they are to sell?

I don't but my friend did- no differen to forever living etc, needing to buy lots of kits and many sales before you break even.

That's my concern, I used to do body shop at home that started of great but ended up a nightmare, pressure to upsell,recruit,meet sales targets etc

I'm a dreadful addict to them and suspect my consultant may be able to summer in the South of France on my spending alone... I wouldn't be a consultant myself though as it lacks the security I like as an employee.

You need to find hundreds of people who will purchase hundreds of wraps from you on a weekly basis to make any money from Jamberry.

I'm on a local mums group on Facebook and it seems like half the women on there are trying to sell jamberry.

Noticeable that there are posts every few days from different women offering free samples, free delivery, etc etc and there are never any comments from people who want to actually buy the things.

I think it's another mlm scam really.

My friend has done well with these for around 6 months but she was the first and only one for miles around here. I believe the desperation might now be slightly creeping in. Depending where you are/how many friends you have (I wouldn't sell a single wrap) you might get enough sales for Xmas extras.

I think they are really really pretty. But really really overpriced. Maybe I have poor friends but I don't know anyone who would regularly buy them.

If you try pressuring all your friends to sign up for any MLM, you'll lose so many of them that it will save you a fortune in buying presents!

In reality it's all smoke and mirrors and she hasn't a pot to piss in and at the 6 month mark she's desperately trying to scrape back sunk costs.

I've not heard good things about Jamberry, but I know a couple of people who sell Usbourne books. Minimal start up costs (about £35 I think), and there's no pressure to recruit others. One friend paid for last Christmas doing this, just taking her books and catalogue to a few toddler groups etc.

I run a local jobs page on FB. The MLM people are posting daily for "new members for their team" same people posting for months on end then try are suddenly no longer a jamberry consultant but a juice something or other person. No-one ever responds to their posts. (publicly anyway like all the other job ads) people know the score now. Everyone knows they're a bullshit scam and no-one makes any money.

A few of my mum friends are doing similar just now, I never buy anything from them but looking at their posts lots of people do. I strongly support its very much of the 'well done hun' gang and any profit they make goes back into supporting any other 'sisters doing it for themselves' buying whitening toothpaste or eye gel in return for jams.

I'm aware I sound bitter but DH and I work crazy hours running our own relatively new business and dreaming is not believing, it's 24:7 sweat and blood that gets results.
