Tips for efficient packaging for home delivery services

Hii,
I am 55 yrs now, we are running a small restaurant in front of my house for past 10 yrs. My customers are asking for home delivery services, but I am not much aware of the packing, it really concerns me. One of my customers suggested me to get packing solutions from the Clearpak Creative Packaging Solutions, North America ( www.clearpak.com/ ) and I planned to get their service for the initial period. But I am not sure, what type of packaging has to be used. Anyone, please help me to choose the packaging type with low cost. In order to save money, I think that it is better to be packed by yourself. So I would like to get training in packaging. Does anyone know package training courses around North America? Or any online portals? Any tips for efficient packaging and better marketing are welcomed.
