I'm just looking in to starting a new homemade chocolate business, I've contacted the local authorities, and will hopefully get a kitchen inspection soon. Does anyone have any tips?
Anyone else here started a similar business and want to share any errors ect?!!
I also need advice on adding colour to chocolates, such as one product needs coloured eyes - I'd it lest to use glitter/edible paint/pens, I'm guessing this might be the wrong thread for that though if anyone can point me in the right direction?
Anyone?! Ive just received the letter to say an inspection within 28 days, im feeling completely unprepared, the letter say about ensuring I have records and diaries and plans in place, I was not expecting any of this?! I thought I could find out when the officer visited what I need to do, but it seems like I have to have everything ready or I will fail it!
