I work from home as a copywriter and have to spend hours in front of the computer. I've heard 'sitting is the new smoking' and am keen to do something to mitigate the effects of sitting on my backside for so long. I walk the dog before and after work and my working hours are concentrated between those walks, so taking another break and walking around isn't really an option.
I was reading about Sitting/Standing desks, which enable you to raise and lower the height of your keyboard and screen to allow working standing up or sitting down. I was thinking of splashing out and getting one - does anyone use one or have any opinions/insights into which are best?
