Through a circuitous route, I am now a trainer. Kind of! I have a DELTA trained partner and we are working with a 500+ comapny to train them in corporate communications. We did a few on email etiquette and HR liked us and has asked us to start the next stage. Even allowing us to re quote as the first stage wasn't market rate more like TeFL rate.
So, all good, except i don't know what goes into the proposal. They want a working document with aims and objectives that includes our development costs (as we have to interview managers etc to focus properly on the problem areas within the company).
