Any Wordpress designers out there?

Hi

I am a copywriter and am in the process of overhauling the services I offer. I really want to be able to team up with another mum who is an awesome wordpress designer. I know how to use wordpress but my design skills are somewhat lacking. I can't make things look pretty. I really want to try and find someone who is keen to work together with me but am a bit lost as to how to find someone. I've tried all my social media channels but have come up empty. So I wondered if there was anyone on Mumsnet who either is a wordpress designer working for themselves of who perhaps is a great WP designer but hasn't yet started working for themselves but is keen to.

If not anyone on Mumsnet, any suggestions on how to find someone like this? The general people for hire type boards aren't really what I'm after as it's not a one off project, rather a like-minded go getter who fancies teaming up.

Do they have to be a mum? Only my husband is a great designer, will pm you his email address so you can ask for example pieces and info.

I would recommend joining a networking group like Athena. They have groups all over the country and are bound to have people to work with.

I have a friend who is a website designer and did this and now she's working with a couple of graphic designers, a copy writer and others and is starting to grow.

It does take time - and effort - but is worth it.
