We are really pleased to be announcing our Woolly Hugs' Christmas fundraiser for 2013. We hope that you will be able to help us in some way. thanks

Winston’s Wish are an amazing charity who help bereaved children re-adjust to life after the death of a parent or sibling, offering practical support and guidance. Winston’s Wish have helped many families within our Woolly Hugs and Mumsnet communities, and we would very much like to do something now to help them.  To read more about the work they do, see here

Here's how you can join in...

Some suggestions for you, but we are very open to others too
* Christmas tree and other decorations
* Little bags and purses

Sewn, crocheted, embroidered, knitted, tis up to you!
Last posting for crafts to be Saturday 30th November please.
Please PM for the posting information.

If you would like to contribute funds to help others craft we would love to hear from you.

KnottyLocks Sat 07-Dec-13 23:00:14

Please thank her, Fan. She is a complete star x

Iguana , you say?

Bet we could sell it grin

fanjodisfunction Sat 07-Dec-13 22:34:19

well done pistey and knotty, must have been a huge task.

mum is so chuffed that her robins and sheep were so wrll received (I had to persuade her to make the sheep and add christmas hats, she didn't think they would be appreciated,. im very lucky to have my very own robin garland hanging above the fire.)
I very nearly got her to make an iguana.

cant wait to see the gights for tomorrows goodies.

KnottyLocks Sat 07-Dec-13 22:09:13

Next time?

That's us done for today.

Starting again tomorrow, no earlier than 10.30! grin

PurpleFrog Sat 07-Dec-13 20:57:24

Next time (?) I will do bunting, consisting of a couple of fat robins, a tardis or two and some zombies. grin

Judging by the comments here and on the sale pages, I think that should cover all bases in the popularity stakes!
