Looks like Helem Webberley's substantive case has finally been listed for 26th July 2021

Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, between March 2016 and November 2016, Dr Webberley failed to provide good clinical care to three patients, and that in September 2016 she prescribed inappropriately to two patients.

The tribunal will also inquire into the allegation that, on 10 January 2017, during an unannounced CQC inspection of Dr Matt Limited where Dr Webberley was the Safeguarding Lead, she was unaware of, and had never seen, the safeguarding policy.

The tribunal will further inquire into allegations that Dr Webberley’s conduct was dishonest in relation to information she provided to the GMC and the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, and in her failure to provide relevant information to a pharmacy.

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, when acting as the principal provider of the Gender GP website, Dr Webberley attempted to avoid the regulatory framework of the United Kingdom.

The tribunal will also inquire into the allegation that, on 5 October 2018 at Mid Wales (Merthyr Tydfil) Magistrates’ Court, Dr Webberley was convicted of two counts in relation to the carrying on or managing of an independent medical agency without being registered under the Care Standards Act 2000, and was fined £12,000.

Well there is the [alleged] proof of what it thought of safeguarding.

As her husband is also a doctor, sadly I'm guessing they'll still be able to run their business even if she is struck off?

They seem to have had expensive advice about legal loopholes which allow them to make a lot of money prescribing experimental drugs to vulnerable people.

It's a long case...

26 Jul 2021 to 15 Oct.

I guess they've got a lot to get through!

Gosh how interesting. Let's hope safeguarding of children is put first and foremost.

I am not medically trained nor do I have a background in science. However, I'd be surprised if in their heart of hearts any medic or scientist thought it was a good idea for a doctor to be prescribing these drugs to children without having advanced training in paediatric endocrinology. Neither Webberley has this.

Watching.

I know a doctor who had to report a colleague (loose sense of the word). It not a thing done lightly and to be suspensd (like Helen Webberley’s husband already has been) is equally grave.

Haven’t they both moved abroad and Gender GP continues from outside of the U.K.?

I don't think HW worked for the Tavi. From the Appleby case I got the impression that even they had concerns about her practice and made a referral to the GMC.

Well, that took a turn. I decided to have a look at some of the tribunal outcomes and to get a feel for their sanctions. A Dr who didn't phone in sick for a shift (plus filled in her timesheet wrong) just once, suspended for a year. I then thought I'd look to see an example of a Dr who had been struck off and stumbled into the most vile Dr (Scout leader & Church elder) who had been inappropriately messaging children. I didn't finish reading it, but what I did read was grim. I'm pleased he was struck off, a paediatrician no less.

In good news, it does look like they set the bar high.

Christ, if you're regarded as too risky for the Tavi...

The Webberley's no longer own Gender GP. It's owned by "Hong Kong based Harland International Ltd, a global organisation which provides advocacy services for LGBTQI+ people around the world"

The Webberley's would be mad to be undertaking any clinical work atm as this would guarantee them being struck off at tribunal. I can't imagine they would be able to get indemnity either as they are both suspended.
