Originally in prison for 2 child rapes. Transitioned while in prison, started to make bomb threats including one against Teresa May because they have been denied surgery.

Attacked prison guards for removing razor blades.

Has been released.

“ Fiona Lamb, mitigating, said: ‘The defendant has had quite an unpleasant experience being in custody. I’m sure no one enjoys it, but because of the defendant’s personal circumstances it has been very difficult for her.’

Judge Ray Singh expressed ‘real concerns’ over releasing Walker, but also said there were issues over continued detention in prison.”

I suppose we should be grateful they were held in the male estate. I hope the “agreed accommodation facility” isn’t a women’s hostel.

I'd like to note that one of the rape victims was a four year old.

The comments on the Facebook post for the article are very reassuring though. Despite all of the noise on Twitter and the censorship in universities, most of the country agree that this is madness.

They were sentenced to 13 years in 2003..

Usually half is served so should have been out 2020 ish.

Whichever way you look at it they have been inside for way more than their original sentence.

This for me is more about releasing sex offenders when it's acknowledged they are still s risk.

The trans thing is a lesser thing for me- s lawyer's argument.

Sex offenders with history, violent DV men get released all the time. This is just another one..
They were going to release warboys- remember that? Only got stopped because people had heard of him and there was an outcry.

The handling of sex offenders is the problem here for me. Often released because done time, even when all involved say still dangerous.
