"An independent inquiry should be held into the extent of transphobia among SNP members, according to a transgender member who has quit the party, accusing it of being one of the “core hubs of transphobia in Scotland.”

How bizarre.
Just proving nothing is ever enough for some people.

Well, good. Do keep pointing out how even the wokiest wokesters aren't woke enough for you, Teddy. It might just help some more SNP supporters along on their journey of discovery.

Also some extremely serious allegation of serial sexual and physical assaults. Obviously needs to be investigated.

it would be interesting to see how far Teddy would like them to go. The SNP government have redefined women, they have put rape survivors through two years of stress and a massive fight for their rights.

They have introduced laws to make it a hate crime to say pretty much anything that a transgender person doesn't like (or that someone else thinks they might not like) but didn't include any protection for women. I'm sure there's more.

What else would Teddy like?

What else would Teddy like?

I think Teddy's problems lie with Teddy and there's nothing anyone else can do about it. Like comforting a child about the monsters under the bed. The adult knows there are no monsters. But when you want sleep you'll use the "monster repellant". Teddy's realised it's water and kind words.

Teddy is, allegedly, one of those behind a recent letter calling out "transphobia" in the SNP (detected on the google doc). Unfortunately, the letter made defamatory remarks about Joanna Cherry - being a QC, she noticed. At which point some signatories, including Stewart MacDonald MP and Alex Cole-Hamilton MSP said they were added to the letter without their knowledge.

Teddy's account of the meeting is contested (still amazed BBC took this at face value without other reports!), but the most interesting part is that after the 15 minutes of fame on the Nine, Teddy took to Twitter to allege that serial physical and sexual assault on trans people was happening in the SNP. Now, if this is true, then it is indeed a story, and rather more newsworthy than the "women disagreed with me" angle that was pitched to BBC Scotland. Oddly, Teddy removed this tweet the next day...

It would seem Teddy is a shady operator at best.

serial sexual and physical assaults - I hadn't seen that. This sounds incredibly serious, I hope that the party will be starting a full investigation as a matter of urgency.

From the article:

""At one point (during a meeting) photocopies of men taken from the internet were passed with the comments that they had all been convicted of predatory and paedophilic behaviour against women and girls while self-identifying as women,”

“There were also shouted comments of men getting access to women/girls in toilets and changing rooms and raping them and the infiltration of LGBTi information in primary schools encouraging children to identify as gay or trans.”'

Is this what Teddy is saying was transphobic? If those things are true, then isn't it about safeguarding for women and children?

Surely Teddy has misgendered them. Could he explain why the pictures passed around were of men and not transwomen? Why he doesn't accept these self identified women for who they say they are? He appears to be able to do what no one else can do, that is tell who is a transwoman and who is a man. Would he kindly share this information?
(I do hope it is something super clever and not something that can only be used after the crime was committed).
