From the report
A tribunal which heard claims of a "toxic" culture at a Hampshire police unit has been told offensive words were "widely used" across the force.
PC James Oldfield told the hearing two words considered derogatory to women were used "at all different ranks".
A "toxic, abhorrent culture" developed with officers using offensive terms for women, black people, immigrants, disabled, gay and transgender people and foreign nationals, the hearing was told.
"This is a true reflection of Hampshire Constabulary, not just our team," he said.
Great, I live here.
Can't honestly say I'm surprised, I have no respect for the police anymore, I know many people feel the same. Just bullies putting on a costume.
Are Hampshire Constabulary Stonewall "champions"?
Wow, they were pretty comprehensive! Was there any minority group they omitted? I thought GRT, but no, they popped up in the paragraph after OP's quote...
Were they playing discrimination bingo in their tea break?
This is my crap town.
The only thing I can add is that one of my DC's started police cadets at the start of the year and one of the first things they covered was the Stephen Lawrence case which gives me hope for the younger staff coming through the ranks. Although I guess that the staff who volunteer for cadets are the decent ones anyway.
Well well well...

Hampshire police also come top of this depressing list. Huge culture problems from top to bottom.
