Yup I've sent a letter and copied in the master of the college

Sorry just read the full post! Why would a letter be more work? But fair enough, maybe a postcard would have been a better choice!

Letters require opening (which takes a significant amount time when there are a lot of them) and when someone is subject to a hate campaign they can suffer some anxiety about what a letter might contain.

I sent a card to Kevin earlier this week (in an envelope....)

I've written separately via email to the Master and the Senior Tutor expressing my concerns.

Any tips on what you wrote to the Master and senior tutor would be good... I only read his brief and very reasonable words on tolerant discussion...
