Disgusting. They should be removing things like this. I feel sick
They should never be putting them up in the first place. I'm sure amazon could run checks of text and image analysis to flag items which needed to be ok'd by a human before being allowed onto the site (or not).
And they should have penalties for vendors attempting to use them to sell this sort of shit.
