What happened to Andy Healy

I'd never seen it all together in one place, so I didn't realise how close Andy Healy's story was to mine.

Thanks Graham, I was vaguely aware of what had happened to Andy, but hadn't seen it all laid out before Shock

Andy has been great at speaking up on this issue. Olivia Palmer was suspended by the Green Party for speaking out in 2018. This is her blog about the Challenor debacle.

I didn't know the full story so thanks for posting. What a shameless bunch of misogynists in power within GPEW. It's deeply worrying that the future of the planet may depend partially upon the clowns in power in GPEW.

That's a great interview. He seems like such a thoughtful, reasonable chap, it's shocking to think what he must have been through.

Thanks also for the timely reminder to rejoin the Green Party before the deadline on the 31st so I can vote.

That was really interesting - imagine David Challenor turning up on your doorstep!

I'm glad Andy is speaking your about this and it's Glinner's following will hear about it.

If you join as a member before Fri heathspeed you can co-propose motions and yes vote in the leadership elections next month.

Good interview. Such a shame to see the Greens losing their way.

They were always my 'protest vote' (my constituency in the U.K. is safe Tory) - but now my Tory MP is talking sense on this. So currently he has my vote. Sad

Yes @PurpleCrowbarWhereIsLangCleg, it's more than a shame. The more I am reading about the Greens the more shocked I am at how quickly their Leadership have lost the plot.

Lucky you having a sensible MP even if he is Tory. Mine, not so much....

Same tactic used here by the Challenors as Haddock & Hayden against CF, turning up in person at the home of the person they are trying to intimidate.

How do the Greens allow so many rabid activists who don't give a flying shit about women's rights, to stamp and stab their way to the top? There must be a fuck-ton of the vicious buggers in there, all enjoying the power-buzz from bullying and harassing people.

Olivia Palmer writes in her blog:

"The Green Party did not offer any apology for wrong doing and did not reach out directly to the victim. They did not name male violence, rape, torture or paedophilia, instead using this distasteful term ‘gender-based violence’. A direct insult to the victim and the gender critical women who exposed Challenor’s membership of the party. They took an entire week to publish any statement at all and when it did emerge contained this line “There is no connection between these offences and Mr Challenor’s previous membership of the Green Party.” What on earth is meant by that? He was an activist for you, a suspected paedophile was out (presumably) knocking on doors on your behalf.

David Challenor an anti-feminist lobbyist who, alongside other members of the LGBTIQA+ Greens, have spent the last few years running a successful campaign of intimidation and hatred towards feminists. The main objectives of these activists has been to:

Legalise prostitution
Promote medical transition of children and adults
Allow male bodied individuals access to women’s spaces
Promote the idea of ‘gendered’ brains, an idea which has been used to subjugate women and girls
Normalise sexual fetishes such as BDSM (violence) and AB/DL (which involves dressing up as a baby, often wearing a diaper)
Silence women who disagree with the above agenda (some members of LGBTIQA+ Greens celebrated the violent attack of feminist, Maria Maclachlan."

They called what DC did to that child gender-based violence? How awfully polite of them. Have they no shame?

And David Challenor was a member of LGBTetc Greens??? Somehow I'd missed that. I suppose he might identify as
bi/trans/queer/aromantic, but how many GP members who knew about the 'adult baby' stuff were genuinely surprised when things turned out the way they did? I'm not suggesting that all diaper-lovers are child abusers, but I do think that people who push for acceptance of this stuff via political channels have strange priorities and possible issues with impulse control and boundaries.

Genderbased violence? Abusing a ten year old girl.
