So it would seem the gaming world has been hit by another wave of accusations about sexually inappropriate behaviour being common place within the community.

Fucking hell.

What really pisses me off is that whilst reading that, although I felt shocked I didn't feel surprised. I've read stories like that, on here, on MN in general. It makes me so fucking angry. And even more so when nothing happens because the CPS doesn't seem to give a shit.

Also, an actor who plays a character in a newly released game (Last of Us 2) has been receiving death threats because of the actions of her character in the game.

Jesus! In those tweets one is actually justifying (whilst apologising) why he sent her a vile message!

I get how sucked into fantasy worlds good writers and actors make us- that’s the purpose- but we should be able to separate the actors from the characters!
