Does anyone know anything about the good* doctor’s sly little suggestion about MN and the bodyshop protests...?
(*I use the phrase quite wrongly, of course)

Cockwombles gonna cockwomble.

PurpleHoodie Mon 22-Jun-20 17:04:57

How old is he? Does anyone know?

SerenityNowwwww Mon 22-Jun-20 17:05:21

Oh what wit! He really should be on the stage.

CaraDune Mon 22-Jun-20 17:05:42

That's off the scale bonkers. I think lockdown is scrambling his brain.

Ade, baby (assuming you vanity search yourself, which I think is a pretty safe bet), we don't give a shiny shit about anyone buying coconut body scrub whether they identify as man, woman or womble.

We do care a great deal about a company using its corporate twitter account to troll a victim of domestic violence in a quite hideous and indefensible way.

Hope that helps.

Chiochan Mon 22-Jun-20 17:06:53

Spouting made up shit and trying to pass it off as fact? hmmm

tiredanddangerous Mon 22-Jun-20 17:08:15

Is he a actually a doctor? You’d think he’d be a bit more intelligent.

SerenityNowwwww Mon 22-Jun-20 17:09:35

Not sure the 2 posts above aren’t related 😉

SarahTancredi Mon 22-Jun-20 17:13:05

There is something seriously wrong with that man.

AskDan Mon 22-Jun-20 17:33:06

I make a point not to post on any thread about the good doctor.

TheProdigalKittensReturn Mon 22-Jun-20 17:40:31

There really is, Sarah, and he seems to be getting worse over time. Maybe he's never recovered from having his arse handed to him on telly by Posie Parker.

Datun Mon 22-Jun-20 17:53:20

He does know that mumsnet is a public platform, doesn't he? That anyone can check it out?

What on earth is the point in referencing mumsnet, a public forum, easily checkable, in your comment, if your comment's not true?

It's 100% going to backfire.

Ereshkigalangcleg Mon 22-Jun-20 18:18:29

Hi Adrian, I'm as TERFy as they come, and I have no problem whatsoever with anyone of either sex or any gender identity buying coconut based exfoliation aids anywhere. Hope that clarifies things!

MrsWooster Mon 22-Jun-20 18:54:48

Erish are you excluding other forms of scrub??

TheProdigalKittensReturn Mon 22-Jun-20 19:38:51

Apricot kernal based scrubs are scrubs too!

Ereshkigalangcleg Mon 22-Jun-20 19:40:16

Stevenage doesn't have a Body Shop anyway

I've just used their store locator and it looks like you're right grin

PastMyBestBeforeDate Mon 22-Jun-20 19:42:15

Poor left out Stevenage.

Xanthangum Mon 22-Jun-20 19:51:58

How old is he? Does anyone know?

I'd guess early thirties, based on starting his first degree in 2006?

Enderthedragon Mon 22-Jun-20 19:56:44

I've just used their store locator and it looks like you're right

Yep, the Stevenage branch closed down a few years ago! An odd choice of place to make up really.... grin
