The reality is that those trying to shut down the LGB Alliance and / or their fundraising are the homophobes. These are the people that think lesbians and gay men dont have the right to define their own sexuality ie they are being told it is hate speech to say that being lesbian or gay is being same sex attracted.

I had trouble with that Wayback Machine link. It initially loaded, then jumped to a message saying the Wayback machine hadn't archived it. When I retried, the page about cookies on PN kept loading.

Can live pages cause issues with the Wayback Machine (for example blocking connection to prevent loss of advertising revenue)? Admittedly, I was accessing it on a mobile.

Meh, it’s yet another TRA own goal. By mass reporting and getting the funds closed all that happens is that everyone who donated is refunded and they will send the same donations to LGB Alliance direct, cutting out the middleman and ensuring the whole donation goes to them, rather than GFM or JG taking their cut.

As an added bonus, the Streisand effect means that MORE people will see it and MORE will donate!

to ask them to send me their bank details so that I can set up a monthly direct debit and keep paying them the same amount as before. Or a paypal account if that works better for them.

If any of the donations I made to show my appreciation of John Nicholson's fundraising attempts get returned I'll be doubling them.

Oh yeah, if anyone is wondering, I've been an out and proud lesbian since the 1980's. Lesbians are same sex oriented, we don't have penises, and the cotton ceiling is an abomination.
