What happened? I haven't followed the case closely.
Surprise verdict or not?

Report
NotTerfNorCis · 23/03/2020 15:03

So they're saying all ten or so of the alleged victims lied?

WeBuiltCisCityOnSexistRoles · 23/03/2020 15:06

Well fuck me. So one man's word really is more believable than ten women's words?

Report
Babdoc · 23/03/2020 15:07

Were the entire jury bloody SNP supporters? I can’t see any other reason for saying that all ten wonen were lying and that sleazebag was telling the truth. He will be fucking insufferable now and think he’s above the law.

I don't know how this happened. All these women: liars apparently, or just making a big old fuss about nothing. He's a sleekit wee shite.

His fucking face leaving the court...

Unbelievable and actually very scary to be a female in Scotland now

The whole thing has been handled incredibly badly.

How?? Seriously how?

If you actually read the ‘evidence’ it wasn’t exactly solid, I’m mystified why the PF even took to court.
He said/she said cases can go either way.

It was not proven for one of them. Really disappointed in this though.

Not remotely surprising. Prosecution case was farcical from start to finish. Only reasonable outcome. Restores some faith in trial by jury.

It sucks to be a woman in Scotland today. Our First Minister was above the law and knew he could get away with being a gropey sleazebag using women for his entertainment - and he just did.

Even his defence had to say he didn't behave well. The civil service said women shouldn't be alone with him in Bute House. This is Scottish civic society in 2020 - women, ken yer place.

People hate women. That includes other women, sadly.
