Does India think India should still be incarcerated with women though, should India commit a crime?

She made the point that she has made a commitment with full surgical transition but Chelsea, a middle aged, pony tailed self-IDer is happy how ‘she’ is (with wife and children) and is ‘not interested in passing as a woman’.
