(13 Posts)And how many of the groups quoted receive Scottish Government funding which requires these organisations to include who they say they must include?
I can't imagine who it was who responded on behalf of the Forth Valley Rape Crisis Centre, nor the reason why they think men in rape crisis centres is a good idea.

Engender, Scottish Women's Aid, Close the Gap, Rape Crisis Scotland, Zero Tolerance and Equate Scotland have a combined response to the consultation (linked in the article), that specifically states that they are required, as a condition of Scottish Government funding to admit transwomen.
Can somebody comment and highlight these issues in the comments? I am busy right now with kids but it would be helpful, I think...
Somebody has chimed in fascinated
Fab. I don’t have login etc etc. Must sign in . Ta.
Has the journo missed out on the last two years of the debate?
We've discussed non-stop that there is now no government funded women's or equalities organisation left in Scotland that supports upholding the right of females to define themselves in a category of their own, separately from males. With their own sovereign spaces, services and sports and other legal set asides that seek to redress the inequality females suffer in a male-dominated world.
We've found they've either supported others to do so or demanded themselves that the Equality Act 2010 was amended to abolish the basis of our rights, the sex-based exemptions which form the core of women's sex-based rights.
We've uncovered harmful practices, we've uncovered that none of these organisations consulted their members before deciding to advocate for and endorse transgender ideology and legislation.
We've discussed that many of the new grassroots groups are founded or led by or include frontline workers and staff from these organisations, who know they cannot speak out against harmful practices that disregard the rights of women and children. not without suffering the consequences.
And we've listened to the frontline workers and the "service users" tell us about the problems that arise when you include males in a female-only space. And how informed consent only matters when it's 12 year olds agreeing to lose their fertility and sexual function, but not when it's adult females being told they must accept males in their spaces and services without their consent even being sought.
We've noted that they made sure they were all on board with promoting this ideology by sitting on each other's boards. So much so they did not even bother putting in individual submissions, but rather issued a joint one.
It's formed an enormous part of our submissions to government consultations, our FOIs, the media and our questions to MSPs. So the journo couldn't possibly have researched any of this too well, or she'd have noticed this huge aspect of the debate.
It really does.
^informed consent^ only matters when it's 12 year olds agreeing to lose their fertility and sexual function, but not when it's adult females being told they must accept males in their spaces and services without their consent even being sought.
Exactly. This is why they demand “No debate”, because their arguments crumble into dust as soon as you shine light on them.
