Even if this person did have a GRC, I don’t think that means they can legally use female toilets. It just means that they cannot be discriminated against (i.e. cannot be prevented from using the toilets of their own sex - male).

If a great big bloke (however dressed) goes into the ladies loo, it's surely the bouncer's job to check what the hell he's doing in there. This one was just pissing, but it would be a great mistake to take that for granted. Wanting to go into women's toilets isn't a good sign in men.
