Can we work together to create a question that includes as many key points as possible, so that we don't get locked out of the discussion as we did on the Jess Phillips one?

Jess ignored my "what is your definition of woman?" question, I don't know if KS would dare answer it either.

Is there any point? None of them will ever acknowledge women's sex based rights or children's needs for safeguarding - not if it means upsetting the demands of the 'sacred caste'.

I still want to ask the questions. We have to be able to hold them to account, especially when they claim "they didn't know" when the shit hits the fan.

You can't ask a question they can fudge the answer to (or will go over the heads of unaware gen population). It needs to be unequivocal, factual and plain spoken.

e.g. "Do you agree that single sex spaces for females should be retained and where necessary, extended, for the safety, privacy and dignity for female users?"

or

"if female-only single sex spaces are changed to allow males in, do you agree there should be a requirement to notify all users of this change to mixed-sex in advance, as well as after the event"

etc.

Can we send a picture of Alex Drummond and ask if she should be in Women’s changing rooms or win women’s awards?

"Do you agree that being a woman is an actual material reality and lived experience. Not just a feeling in your head, as claimed by some males who prefer to adopt feminine dress styles and names (and vv for a man)?"

"Do you agree it is wrong for people to belittle and diminish female oppression and feminism by claiming womanhood is all in our minds, and not a lived reality for those people with xx chromosomes?"

*"Do you understand that by telling females that anyone can be a woman if they just think about it, you are actively losing votes from half the population? If so, do you care?"

"Do you think males have any basis whatsoever to tell females what being a woman is?"

With your background as D of PP. The English legal definition of rape refers to penetration with a penis. With the current prioritisation of inclusivity over reason, should rape be re-classed as a ‘gender neutral crime’?

"Do you think an alliance of Gay, Lesbian and Bisexual people have the right to exist and lobby for same-sex attraction? If not, why not?"

"Do you agree that children should be protected from making any hormonal or surgical changes to their bodies before they are adults, for their own safeguarding?"

(Sorry for multiple posts, I am on a roll)

How about:
"Since you have stated transwomen are women, do we need a new word for adult human females (for legal, political & medical clarity) and if so what should that word be?"

or

"Do you agree that female people have the right to their own ontological, legal and political category, separate to males?"

Given that the existence of women's rights depends on the ability to differentiate between men and women, please can you tell me what a woman is?

I'm liking this one.

On here? Sorry but I don’t really see the going as there areas we aren’t allowed to do.

Of course he’d get my vote if he came on and made a positive statement off his own bat.

Do you think it's conducive to women's safety to house anatomical males in women's prisons if they identify as female? Do you think it's acceptable that women are forced to accept anatomical males into previously sex segregated spaces such as public toilets? Do you understand that trans' rights and women's rights often conflict? Which do you plan to prioritize?

All these questions about sex-based spaces. Obviously valid, but, if a Male legally changes his 'sex' (passport etc after obtaining a GRC), then 🤷‍♀️.

So I'd like to ask: do you think a person can change their biological sex, their Biological reality, as opposed to gender.

If you do, have you thought through how impacts on the law enabling single sex spaces?

Tottenham CLP have recently approved the following motion:
This CLP notes:
The debate around proposed reforms to the Gender Recognition Act requires sensitivity and respect for different opinions within the Labour Party.

(womansplaceuk.org/2020/01/30/tottenham-clp-motion-on-free-speech-and-self-organisation/)

Tottenham Young Labour, on the other hand, have attacked Tottenham CLP as a 'den of transphobic zealotry' for this motion.

Which position do you agree with?

MN have just closed it to sex/gender questions but there's a much better selection of questions there than last time, when they only allowed three, so that's something.

NewUser I think your question is a great one.

Yep, newuser's question covers everything about what is a woman.

With a possible second about the transing of children, e.g. does he think it's worrying that children are starting a process of lifelong medicalisation leading permanent health issues just to conform to outdated and repressive gender stereotypes?
